Due to the ongoing Novel Coronavirus Outbreak (COVID-19), all Chamber meetings and events are suspended until further notice. This includes applications for Oregon Trail Days 2020, which are no longer being accepted by the Oregon Trail Days Committee. Updates will be posted here or on our Facebook page as they become available.
Due to the overwhelming popularity of Oregon Trail Days in Tenino we are unable to accept additional applications from food vendors for 2020. If you were a vendor at the 2019 Oregon Trail Days we will be contacting you directly to confirm your spot for this year. Contact Tyler with questions firstname.lastname@example.org.

The OTD committee reserves the right to re-sell any space not set-up by 9:00 am on Saturday of the event. If an emergency requires last minute cancellation or late set up, please notify us as soon as possible.
Vendors must provide garbage cans on their site.
Food handler permits are required by Thurston County Health for all food concessions.
A $15 deposit is required for adapters, if needed.
Only items listed on menus returned with application will be permitted to be sold.
IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH VENDOR TO BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THURSTON COUNTY FIRE CODES AND MAY BE INSPECTED
