Oregon Trail Days is a family event sponsored by the Tenino Area Chamber of Commerce (Chamber). Please read over the following information. All applicants will be responsible for complying with the terms below. Help us to ensure Oregon Trail Days continues to be a success.
The Chamber will directly sponsor all vendors who have completed the application and submitted payment. This includes space assignments, event advertising, utilities, garbage collection and sanitation.
DATES AND HOURS
Saturday July 23rd 10:00 am - 6:00 pm & Sunday July 24th 10:00 am - 4:00 pm.
You are required to continue to operate your venue until 4:00 pm on Sunday. You may check in no earlier than 12:00 pm on the Friday preceding the event and check out is after 4:00 pm on Sunday. Any items left behind after 6:00 pm on Sunday, will be disposed of. No vehicles will be allowed on site during the show hours. No camping will be allowed in the vendor area of the park.
SPACE AVAILABILITY AND PAYMENT
Power and water availability are limited. Power adapters available upon request (limited quantity). If no power requirements are indicated, none will be provided. Awning size must be indicated if applicable.
In order to guarantee a vendor booth space, payments are due in full upon completion of the application below.

*Only applies to Non-Profit Organizations registered with the Washington Secretary of State who sell, or whose members are sanctioned to sell their products by the organization.
The OTD committee reserves the right to re-sell any space not set-up by 9:00 am on Saturday of the event. If an emergency requires last minute cancellation or late set up, please notify us as soon as possible.

- Commercial Food Vendors: $125.00
- Non-Profit Organization Food Vendors*: $75.00

- Vendors must provide garbage cans on their site.
- Food handler permits are required by Thurston County Health for all food concessions.
- A $15 deposit is required for adapters, if needed.
- Only items listed on menus returned with application will be permitted to be sold.
- IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH VENDOR TO BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THURSTON COUNTY FIRE CODES AND MAY BE INSPECTED

- Only menu items listed on the application below will be permitted to be sold, unless authorization is provided by the Oregon Trail Days Committee (see contact information above).
- Once payment is received your spot will be reserved.

By clicking the Submit Button above and making your full payment the APPLICANT VERIFIES UNDERSTANDING AND AGREEMENT WITH THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND SIGNS THIS RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT, and further agrees that no oral representations, statements or inducements apart from the following terms and conditions are relied upon. This waiver, release and indemnification agreement specifically embraces each and every event, authorized or promoted by said releasees during the entire event and applies to each and every event or activity mentioned herein, and has the same effect as if executed after each and every activity or event in which the applicant participates so that the parties herein intended to be released and indemnified shall be fully and effectively released and indemnified as to each and every event described herein.
- The above applicant HEREBY RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE the Tenino Area Chamber of Commerce, the Tenino Oregon Trail Days Committee, the City of Tenino, Thurston County, the State of Washington, the promoters, other participants, operators, officials, officer and employees, all for the purposes herein referred to as "releasees", from all liability to the applicant, their personal representatives, assigns, heirs and/or next of kin for any and all damages, and any claim or demands therefore on account of injury to the person or property, or resulting in death of the applicant, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise while the above applicant is in or upon the restricted area, and/or competing, officiating in , observing, or working for, or for any purpose while participating in the event.
- The applicant above HEREBY AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS the releasees and each of them from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur due to the presence of the applicant in or upon the restricted area or in any way competing, officiating observing, or working for, or for any purpose participating in the event and whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise.
- The applicant above HEREBY ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY for any risk of bodily injury, death or property damage due to the negligence of releasees or otherwise while in or upon restricted area and/or while competing, officiating, observing or working for , or for any purpose participating in the event.
